Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

cricfy.net.in (the "Website") is operated by Hindustan Prime, an Indian registered partnership firm. The Website is a download mirror and information resource for the Cricfy TV Android application. We do not develop or own the Cricfy TV application itself.

2. What we collect

Personally identifying information: none. We do not run a user account system, we do not ask for your email or phone number, and we do not maintain a CRM. You can browse and download from the entire Website without entering any personal information.

What we do log on our edge (Cloudflare Pages):

  • Anonymised request logs (truncated IP, user agent, referer, response status). Retained 7 days for abuse detection.
  • Aggregated download counts per file. No personal mapping.
  • Voluntary contact form submissions (your email + message). Retained until the issue is resolved, then deleted within 30 days.

3. Cookies

cricfy.net.in does not set any first-party cookie. We do not run a cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Cloudflare may set the __cf_bm bot-management cookie (lifetime 30 minutes) for DDoS protection — this is strictly necessary under the GDPR / ePrivacy Article 5(3) exemption.

4. Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and IP-truncated. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, Matomo or any other behavioural-tracking SDK.

5. What the Cricfy TV app collects

The Cricfy TV Android application contacts only the following endpoints during normal use:

  • api.cricfy.net.in — match schedules, score timelines, app update checks
  • Third-party HLS / DASH manifest URLs from broadcaster CDNs (these are the live streams themselves)
  • Crashlytics-free crash reporting via local logs only (you can opt-in to email a crash report — never automatic)

The app does not contain Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude or any other analytics / attribution SDK.

6. Children

The Website and the app are intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your rights (GDPR / DPDP Act 2023)

You have the right to access, correct, port and erase any personal data we hold about you. Because we do not maintain any user account, the only data we may hold is a contact-form submission — email [email protected] and we will respond within 7 days.
